*I don’t mention any smells because I don’t recommend having a “scent” at a property by way of candles or room sprays. Some people are very sensitive to chemicals, may think the fragrance is to mask an odor, or may find the smell a turn off. Just try to go for a neutral smell (and usually they will smell the fresh paint and cleaning supplies, anyway!)
